Work Details
The contract involves providing two new shipping containers: one (1) 20 ft x 8.5 ft standard size container and one (1) 40 ft x 9.5 ft high cube standard size container, both in new condition.

The delivery locations are as follows: the 20 ft container will be delivered to the Environmental Service Department at 1059 Lafayette Dr., El Paso, TX 79907, and the 40 ft container will be delivered to the Parks and Recreation Department at 11270 McCombs St., El Paso, TX 79934.

Period of Performance
The contract term is for twelve (12) months commencing from the date the Contractor receives a written Notice of Award. The City may extend this contract on a month-to-month basis not to exceed six (6) additional months if necessary.

Place of Performance
Deliveries will take place at two locations within El Paso, Texas: Environmental Service Department at 1059 Lafayette Dr., El Paso, TX 79907 and Parks and Recreation Department at 11270 McCombs St., El Paso, TX 79934.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must submit their bids on prescribed forms without alterations. They are required to provide documentation including a copy of their organization certificate issued by the Secretary of State, a DBA certificate if applicable, and must comply with all specified certifications regarding terrorism organizations and discrimination against certain industries.
