ServiceNOW Platform Subscription

Background
The Lone Star College System (LSCS) is seeking to establish a multi-year renewal of the ServiceNOW Platform Subscription. This initiative aims to ensure continued access to ServiceNow’s cloud-based platform for various IT management services, including IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and IT Asset Management (ITAM). The goal is to provide system-wide purchases of items on an 'As Needed' basis across campuses and departments within the LSCS.

Work Details
The vendor will provide the following under the contract:
- ServiceNow subscription licensing, support, and entitlements for a term of three (3) years with options to extend up to two (2) additional years.
- Continued access to the ServiceNow cloud platform.
- 24/7 technical support as per existing entitlements.
- Access to ServiceNow upgrades and new releases.
- Annual license true-up adjustments.
- Named user license management.
- Platform health checks, if included in entitlement.
- Compliance with all current ServiceNow licensing terms.

- PROD15033 Software Asset Management (3750 units)
- PROD12492 Agile Team (1 unit)
- PROD13076 App Engine (7008 units)
- PROD16047 Hardware Asset Management (8410 units)
- PROD20328 IT Service Management - Student (200 units)
- PROD16951 Strategic Portfolio Management - Standard (300 units)
- PROD17256 IT Service Management Professional (400 units)
- PROD18250 Integration Hub Starter (1 unit)
- PROD25204 Creator Professional Plus (1 unit)
- PROD20606 Knowledge Event 2026 (3 units)
- PROD22818 Knowledge Event 2027 (3 units).

Period of Performance
The contract will be effective from March 31, 2026, through March 31, 2031.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed throughout the Lone Star College System campuses located in Texas.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must comply with all bid terms and conditions outlined in the RFCQ. They are required to submit a completed W-9 form and may need to file a Conflict of Interest Questionnaire if applicable. Bidders must also be awarded vendors on cooperative contracts that LSCS is a member of or have an awarded LSCS catalog contract.
