Background
The City of Dallas is seeking software maintenance and support for the mass data correction software application utilized by the Dallas Water Utilities (DWU). This application has been in use since 2012, enabling DWU to perform mass data corrections within their billing software system, SAP. The goal of this contract is to ensure the ongoing functionality and compatibility of this critical tool, which has significantly improved operational efficiency and cost savings for the department.

Work Details
The contractor will provide ongoing maintenance and support for the mass data correction software application used by DWU. Key responsibilities include:

1. Ensuring the tool remains functional and compatible with SAP environments.
2. Maintaining operational capability for bulk upload functionalities related to SAP transactional processes.
3. Providing reporting or logs documenting data correction executions.
4. The application must continue to efficiently process large datasets, accurately replicate SAP transactions, and minimize manual intervention.

Acceptance criteria include accurate data uploads that replicate SAP workflows without errors, confirmed correctness of processed data by DWU departments, and completion of bulk corrections without system errors attributable to the application.

The services will be performed at the City of Dallas, Texas.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must comply with all applicable federal and state laws, regulations, executive orders, policies, procedures, and directives. Additionally, suppliers must not be on the Department of Commerce’s Export Administration Regulations (EAR) list of names subject to specific license requirements.
