The Texas Facilities Commission (TFC) is seeking proposals for General Maintenance and Repair Trade Services for various state-owned facilities throughout Texas, primarily in Austin. Bidder Requirements
Respondents must have at least five years of experience providing commercial roofing services similar in scope to those requested in this RFP. They must also maintain any required certifications for roofing maintenance and repairs throughout the contract duration.
