Background
The City of Frisco is seeking best value bids for uniformed, unarmed security services to be provided at the George A. Purefoy Municipal Center (City Hall) and the associated Parking Garage.

The primary goal of this contract is to enhance security by ensuring doors are locked, monitoring the premises, and assisting with light janitorial tasks to maintain the building's upkeep and appearance.

Work Details
The contractor will provide uniformed, unarmed security personnel responsible for monitoring the City Hall and Parking Garage.

Duties include ensuring that all doors are locked, maintaining a visible presence to deter unauthorized access, and assisting in light janitorial services as needed. Specific tasks may include patrolling the premises, responding to incidents, and reporting any suspicious activities.

Services will be performed at the George A. Purefoy Municipal Center (City Hall) and its Parking Garage located in Frisco, Texas.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must comply with Texas Government Code Section 2252.002 regarding non-resident bidders.
