Per TGC 2269 and 437.054, The Texas Military Department (TMD) is seeking competitive sealed proposals from General Contractors to provide a roof replacement of the Texas Army National Guard's San Angelo Readiness Center facility in order to mitigate life safety and code-related deficiencies currently experienced at the project site. The total estimated cost of this project is $725,000.00. General Contractors must request via the group email FY24SanAngeloRoofReplacement@cfmo.mil.texas.gov the Drawings/Plans and Specifications electronically in digital format. General Contractors MUST attend one (1) of the two (2) MANDATORY site visits at 10:00 AM CT OR 1:00 PM CT, Wednesday, June 26, 2024, at 4149 US 67, San Angelo, Texas 76905. Failure to attend one of the two site visits will result in disqualification of the response. Competitive Sealed Proposals for TMD24-CFMO-0035299 San Angelo (RC) Readiness Center Project will be received by the TMD until 11:00 AM CT, Tuesday, July 23, 2024, at Camp Mabry, building 37, Austin, Texas 78703.

Background

The total estimated cost of this project is $725,000.00.

Work Details
Provide all materials, equipment, labor, coordination, and supervisory activities necessary to complete construction of the project. The project will include a roof replacement of the Texas Army National Guard’s San Angelo Readiness Center facility. The scope is more fully described in the Project Specifications and Project Drawings/Plans.

Period of Performance
Construction is required to commence on the date specified in the Notice to Proceed issued within 90 days of the contract award. The Contract Period is the number of days issued by the TMD in the Notice to Proceed.

Place of Performance
The project site is located at 4149 US 67, San Angelo, Texas 76905.
