Full payment must be made via Cashier’s Check or Money Order before the release of the vehicle, and no refunds or exchanges will be permitted after the sale.

Period of Performance
The term of the Sales Agreement will be for a period of 30 days, commencing upon execution by the City Manager or designee and issuance of a Notice to Proceed.

The vehicle pickup must occur at the City of Portland's location at 1900 Billy G. Webb Dr., Portland, TX 78374 during normal business hours (Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM).

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must submit their bids in a sealed envelope labeled 'SEALED BID – RFB 6628 Sale of Surplus Vehicle -1934 Ford Vicky Limousine.' Bids must include completed documentation as specified in the RFB and must be received by February 26, 2026, at 2:00 PM CT. Bidders are required to acknowledge receipt of any addenda issued for this RFB.
