Bids must be submitted by October 8, 2025, at 2:00 PM (MT). The bid remains open for acceptance by the District for a period of one hundred twenty (120) calendar days from the bid date.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must submit a completed Bid Form along with a $10,000 deposit for each property bid on in the form of a money order or cashier’s check made payable to 'EPISD.' Bids must be submitted electronically through the District's e-Bid system or in hard copy to the Procurement & School Resources Department.

Additionally, bidders are required to complete Form 1295 (Certificate of Interested Parties) as part of their submission.
