Background
The Carrollton-Farmers Branch Independent School District (the District) is issuing a notice for the sale of real property located at 2115 E Frankford Road, Carrollton, Texas.
The goal of this contract is to sell approximately 4.884 acres of land known as the Prince of Peace Lutheran Church Addition, Block A, Lot 1.
The Seller will retain all mineral rights associated with the property.

Bidders must understand that upon delivery and approval of a Survey as required in the Real Estate Sales Contract, the metes and bounds description prepared by the Surveyor will be used for the final Deed preparation.
The property is being sold 'as is' and may contain environmental hazards such as asbestos.

Period of Performance
Sealed bids must be submitted by April 24, 2026, at 12:00 P.M., with an agreement to remain open for acceptance for sixty (60) calendar days from the bid date.
Closing should occur within sixty (60) days after the Effective Date of the contract.

The geographic location for performance and delivery of the property is Carrollton, Texas.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must submit a money order or cashier's check in the amount of $5,000 as earnest money along with their bid.
Bids must be submitted on forms included in the Bid Package and should not be faxed or emailed.
Bidders are also required to submit a completed Form 1295 electronically if their bid is accepted.
