Sabine Pass Community Center Spray Pad Repair

Background
The City of Port Arthur, Texas, is issuing an Invitation to Bid for the repair of the Sabine Pass Community Center Spray Pad.
The goal of this contract is to restore and enhance the spray pad facilities for community use, ensuring safety and aesthetic appeal.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Replace two 'palm tree' features with new 'palm tree' features that have dumping effects.
- Repaint all existing features and equipment.
- Install new signage throughout the spray pad area.
- Replace all coverings in the picnic area.
- Repair or replace any damaged features within the spray pad.

Period of Performance
The contract work is expected to commence upon issuance of a Notice to Proceed and must be completed within a specified timeframe as determined by the City.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at the Sabine Pass Community Center located at 5262 S Gulfway Dr, Sabine Pass, TX 77655.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must submit a completed bid sheet, a notarized non-collusion affidavit, an affidavit regarding outstanding debts with the City, a conflict of interest questionnaire, and certifications as required by Texas Government Code Chapter 2252 and House Bill 89.
Bidders must also provide proof of insurance coverage as specified in the solicitation.
