Due to the dynamic growth of Harris County and its evolving fiscal landscape, the HCTO requires a strategic roadmap to enhance service delivery, operational efficiency, and alignment with county-wide initiatives. Work Details
The vendor is tasked with developing a four-year strategic plan for the HCTO that establishes the department’s mission, vision, and strategic goals.
