Background
Red Oak Independent School District is seeking qualified contractors to provide comprehensive services for new installations, maintenance, and repair work across multiple trade disciplines. The goal of this contract is to ensure that the district's facilities are well-maintained and meet safety and operational standards. The work will be performed at various school sites and administrative buildings within the Red Oak, TX jurisdiction as directed by district personnel.

Work Details
The selected contractor(s) will provide professional services in the following areas:

- Fencing Services: installation and repair of chain link, ornamental, security fencing; gate installation; concrete footer installation.
- Concrete Services: sidewalks, curbs, ADA-compliant ramps, parking lot repairs.
- Roofing Services: leak detection, built-up roof repairs, single membrane roofing installation.
- Window Services: replacement of glass panes, frame repairs.
- Door Services: installation of hollow metal doors, frame repairs.

All work must comply with applicable building codes and safety regulations.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon award and is expected to continue through December 31, 2026, with options for four one-year extensions based on mutual consent.

Place of Performance
Work will be performed at various school sites and administrative buildings within the Red Oak Independent School District located in Red Oak, Texas.

Bidder Requirements
Contractors must maintain all necessary licenses and insurance coverage required for performing work in educational facilities. They must also comply with Texas Education Agency standards for school construction and maintenance. Background checks are required for all personnel working on district property.
