Work Requested:

• Complete turnkey project for the Grulla Middle School Kitchen Upgrade.
• Furnishing all merchandise, supplies, services, and/or equipment as specified in the bid documents.

Who is Requesting:
The solicitation is issued by the Rio Grande City Grulla Independent School District (RGCGISD) Purchasing Department.

Background:

Contract Requirements:

• Vendors must register on the RGCGISD e-Bidding website: https://rgccisd.ionwave.net.
• All proposals must be submitted electronically through the district's e-Bidding system.
• There is no vendor fee to use the e-Bidding service.

• All questions or inquiries must be submitted online via the "Questions" tab at https://rgccisd.ionwave.net before the deadline of Thursday, April 29, 2026 at 2:00 P.M. (CT). The District will not respond to verbal inquiries or emails to district personnel.
• Responses to questions will be posted online by Friday, May 1, 2026 at 2:00 PM CST.
• A Pre-Bid Conference will be held on Wednesday, April 15, 2026 at 9:30 a.m. at the Purchasing Department.
• Proposals are due online and will close at 2:00 P.M. on Wednesday, May 6, 2026.
• Vendors should regularly check the e-Bidding website for updates, addendums, or amendments related to this solicitation.
