RFQAE-730-UofH-3034 A&E Services for Agrawal Building - Laboratory Shell Space Build Out

The University of Houston System ( Owner ) is soliciting statements of qualifications (each a Qualifications ) for the selection of an architectural/engineering firm to provide architectural, engineering, and other professional services for the build-out of approximately 30,000 GSF of lab shell space in the Agrawal Building (the Project ) at the University of Houston's main campus. Services shall include, but are not limited to, programming, building design/engineering, AV/IT/Security design, furniture, furnishings and equipment design, graphics and wayfinding design, LEED Certification, construction administration services, and a comprehensive MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) survey, design, and relocation as needed.
