RFQ769-25-997CS UNT Athletic Center Expansion and Renovation-Phase 1

Background
The University of North Texas System (UNTS), referred to as the Owner, is seeking qualifications from firms for Professional Services to facilitate the Programming and Design Services for the UNT Athletic Center Expansion and Renovation-Phase 1 on the UNT Denton campus.

The goal of this contract is to select a highly qualified firm with proven experience in programming and design of athletics facilities on university campuses, particularly those with successful partnerships on similar projects.

Work Details
The selected firm will be responsible for providing professional services that include programming and design for the expansion and renovation of the UNT Athletic Center.

The firm’s qualifications will be evaluated based on their experience and past performance in similar projects.

Period of Performance
The solicitation is open from November 19, 2024, at 12:45 PM CST, with a closing date of December 20, 2024, at 2:00 PM CST.

Place of Performance
The contract work will be performed on the UNT Denton campus.
