RFQ: Land Surveying Services

The City of Mission is seeking proposals of qualifications for the provision of Land Surveying Services as specified in the attached requirements. The work under this contract involves delivering Land Surveying Services in strict accordance with the provided specifications, with no variations permitted. The successful proposer will be required to perform all services as outlined in the solicitation documents. This request is issued by the City of Mission. The background of this contract is to engage qualified firms or individuals to provide Land Surveying Services for the City of Mission, as detailed in RFQ: 26-004-11-05. Contract requirements stipulate that all offered services must comply fully with the attached specifications. Any deviation from these requirements will not be allowed. Proposers must ensure their submissions meet all stated criteria. To submit a proposal, responses must be addressed to Mr. Edgar Chapa, Contracts Administrator, and received by the City of Mission Purchasing Department, 1201 East 8th Street, Mission, Texas 78572, no later than Wednesday, November 05, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. Central Standard Time (CST). All proposal responses must be delivered in a sealed envelope clearly marked as follows: RFQ: 26-004-11-05 Land Surveying Services. Facsimile submissions and late arrivals will not be accepted; any RFP received after the deadline will not be opened and will be returned. Overnight mail must also be properly labeled on the outside of the express envelope or package referencing the RFP. A Pre-Proposal Conference is scheduled for Wednesday, October 22, 2025, at 10:00 am, to be held at Mission City Hall, Community Room, 1201 E. 8th St., Mission, TX 78572. Attendance is highly recommended, either in person or via Zoom. Solicitation documents will not be mailed.
