7. **Strategic Plan Development**: Define mission/vision, conduct SWOT analysis, set objectives, develop action plans, allocate resources, establish timelines, monitor progress, and communicate the plan.
Period of Performance
The contract will be effective for one year with options to renew annually for up to four additional years.
Place of Performance
Services will be performed at PVAMU's Main campus in Prairie View, TX; N.W. Houston Center Campus; and College of Nursing Campus in Houston, TX.
