Description

The University invites you to submit a proposal to provide a comprehensive system-wide campus printing job order program based on top ten printing jobs based on operational data. Printing job order program will provide top quality products, competitive pricing, and efficient turnaround time for the various print projects.

Respondents are encouraged to propose contractual arrangements offering the maximum benefit to the University in terms of (1) services to the University, (2) total overall cost to the University, and (3) project management expertise. Proposers should describe all educational, state, and local government discounts, as well as any other applicable discounts that may be available to the University in a contract for Services.

RESPONDENTS ARE CAUTIONED TO READ THE INFORMATION CONTAINED IN THIS RFP CAREFULLY AND TO SUBMIT A COMPLETE RESPONSE TO ALL REQUIREMENTS AND QUESTIONS AS DIRECTED.

Background
The University of Houston System (UH System) is a large Texas state institution system of higher education located in an urban, metropolitan environment. The UH System's research and scholarship are globally significant, nationally competitive, and serve as an engine for economic development.
The UH System offers undergraduate and graduate degree programs in various disciplines, with a student population of over 46,000 students.
The University invites proposals to provide a comprehensive system-wide campus printing job order program based on top ten printing jobs based on operational data.

Work Details
The printing job order program will provide top quality products, competitive pricing, and efficient turnaround time for various print projects. Respondents are encouraged to propose contractual arrangements offering the maximum benefit to the University in terms of services, total overall cost, and project management expertise.
Proposers should describe all educational, state, and local government discounts as well as any other applicable discounts that may be available to the University in a contract for services.

Period of Performance
The expected term of the contract will be three (3) years with the option to renew two (2) additional one-year terms, for a maximum of five (5) years.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at the University of Houston campus and other component universities in surrounding areas.
