RFP730-25007 Medium Voltage Electrical Service

Background
The University of Houston System, the largest Texas state institution system of higher education, invites proposals for Industrial and Commercial Medium Voltage Electrical Services to support its campus infrastructure. The services will include testing, repairing, maintaining, and replacing components and systems related to the Medium and Low Voltage Switchyard and Electrical Distribution for the campus.

The University aims to enhance its infrastructure while ensuring cost-effectiveness and project management expertise.

Work Details
The contractor will provide the following services:
- Testing of electrical systems
- Repairing components related to medium and low voltage switchyards
- Maintenance of electrical distribution systems
- Replacement of faulty components as necessary.

Proposals should detail all educational, state, and local government discounts available to the University.

Period of Performance
The expected term of the contract is three (3) years with options to renew for one or two additional years, not exceeding five (5) total contract years.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed on the University of Houston campus located at 4211 Elgin Street, Houston, Texas 77204.
