RFP Video Games and Related Services

Background
The City of Fort Worth is seeking bids to finalize an Agreement for video games and related services for the Library and Park and Recreation Departments. The goal of this contract is to provide these services on an 'as needed' basis, supporting the recreational and educational initiatives of the City.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing video games and related services, which may include but are not limited to:
- Sourcing, supplying, and maintaining video game equipment;
- Providing technical support;
- Organizing gaming events;
- Ensuring compliance with safety standards.

The specific requirements will be outlined in detail in the final agreement, which will include performance metrics and quality standards.

Period of Performance
The initial term of the agreement shall be one year from the effective date, with options for up to four additional one-year renewal periods. Either party must provide notice of non-renewal at least 90 days before the expiration of the current term.

Place of Performance
Services will primarily be performed within the City of Fort Worth, Texas, specifically at designated locations such as libraries and parks managed by the City.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws. They are encouraged to participate in the City's Small Business Program if applicable. Additionally, bidders must provide proof of insurance coverage as specified in the solicitation documents.
