RFP UTS/A123 Online Payment Platform for Tuition and Related Services

Background
The University of Texas System Supply Chain Alliance is seeking a Preferred Supplier to provide an Online Payment Platform for Tuition and Related Services to its Members and Affiliates. This initiative aims to enhance the efficiency and accessibility of tuition payment processes across the university system.

Work Details
The contract requires the provision of an Online Payment Platform specifically designed for tuition and related services. The platform should support various payment methods, ensure security in transactions, and integrate seamlessly with existing systems used by the university. Additionally, ongoing software maintenance and support services are expected to ensure the platform remains functional and up-to-date.

Period of Performance
The contract is anticipated to commence following the award in January 2026, with specific timelines for implementation and ongoing support to be determined based on project requirements.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed primarily within the geographic locations of the University of Texas System's Members and Affiliates.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must submit a HUB Subcontracting Plan (HSP) as part of their proposal. Proposals that do not include this plan will not be considered. Additionally, bidders must comply with Texas Government Code §2252.908 regarding disclosure of interested parties.
