RFP UTS/A120 Audio Visual Technologies, Solutions and Related Services

Background
The University of Texas System Supply Chain Alliance, specifically through the M. D. Anderson Cancer Center, is seeking a Preferred Supplier to provide Audio Visual Technologies, Solutions, and Related Services to its Members and Affiliates.
The goal of this contract is to enhance the audio-visual capabilities within the university system.

Work Details
The selected supplier will be responsible for delivering a range of audio-visual technologies and solutions, which may include but are not limited to: installation of audio-visual equipment, maintenance services, technical support, and consultation on audio-visual solutions tailored to the needs of the university's members and affiliates.

Place of Performance
The services will primarily be performed at various locations within The University of Texas System, including M. D. Anderson Cancer Center located at 7007 Bertner Avenue, Houston, TX 77230.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must register as a potential supplier through The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center’s Jaggaer e-Sourcing tool.
