The Harris County Sheriff's Office (HCSO) is seeking proposals for turn-key maintenance, repair, and replacement services for its jail facilities. - Maintenance of records for preventive and remedial actions taken
- Major repairs limited to $10,000 per occurrence unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
- Responsibility for repairs due to vandalism only if they are Fire, Life Safety and Health (FLSH) issues.
The vendor must also provide staffing levels that include a general manager, operations manager, building managers, project manager, service response center manager, various technicians, and administrative support.

The initial contract period is set for one year with options for four additional one-year renewals based on performance and approval from Harris County Commissioners Court.
