RFP - Survey Development and Administration

Background
The Texas A&M Transportation Institute (TTI) is seeking proposals from qualified data collection contractors to administer a survey aimed at collecting data from no fewer than 9,625 Texans.
The goal of this contract is to gather insights based on a survey and sample plan designed by TTI, contributing to their mission of improving transportation systems and services.

Work Details
The selected contractor will be responsible for the following tasks:
1. Survey Development, Implementation, and Collection - Administer the survey as per the attached Scope of Work.
2. Phase 1 - Develop guidelines detailing best practices, strategies, and approaches for evaluating equity, inclusivity, and professionalism at TTI.
3. Phase 2 - Analyze and summarize findings from Phase 1 to identify issues, opportunities, barriers, and gaps in knowledge.
4. Phase 3 - Prioritize short- and long-term strategies based on findings and collaborate with community groups for implementation.

Period of Performance
The contract period is expected to commence upon award on April 14, 2025, with specific timelines for each phase outlined in the Scope of Work.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed primarily in Texas, targeting a diverse demographic across the state.
