The Harris County Sheriff's Office (HCSO) is seeking proposals for a Software Solution, Planning, Implementation, and Support Services for a Public Safety Communication and Data Sharing Application. 3. Secure Communication: End-to-end encryption for all conversations and secure messaging capabilities.
4. Interdepartmental Connectivity: Secure communication between agencies with federated directories.
5. Data Archiving and Retention: Automated archiving of communications with configurable retention policies.
6. E-Discovery and Legal Compliance: Dedicated portal for advanced search and legal holds.
7. Application Integration: Integration with Office 365 and API endpoints for other systems.
