RFP Professional Engineering Services, 2026 New Cypress Creek WWTP Upgrades

Work Requested:
The City of Dothan, Alabama is seeking proposals from qualified engineering firms to provide comprehensive professional and technical engineering services for upgrades and improvements to the New Cypress Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant (CCWWTP). The scope of work includes:

• Delivering engineering and construction services necessary for the CCWWTP upgrades

• Availability and qualifications of personnel
• Scope of engineering services offered by the firm

Fee negotiations will commence only after the City has selected the highest-ranked, responsible, and qualified firm.
