RFP # OD-422-25 e-DISCOVERY SOFTWARE AND SERVICES

Background
The Purchasing Cooperative of America (PCA) is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) on behalf of PCA Awarding Agency and PCA Members.

The goal of this contract is to procure e-Discovery software and services that will assist in managing electronic data for legal and compliance purposes.

Work Details
The selected vendor will provide e-Discovery software and services, which may include but are not limited to:

- Data collection
- Processing
- Review
- Analysis
- Production of electronic documents.

The software must support various file formats and provide robust search capabilities. Additionally, the vendor should offer training and support services to ensure effective use of the software by PCA members.

Period of Performance
The contract period will commence upon award notification in May 2025 and will continue for a duration specified in the final agreement, with options for renewal as determined by PCA.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed remotely or at locations designated by PCA members across the United States.
