Background
The Purchasing Cooperative of America (PCA) is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) on behalf of PCA Awarding Agency and PCA Members.
The goal of this contract is to secure drug testing and related services to support the needs of its members.

Work Details
The selected contractor will provide comprehensive drug testing services, which may include but are not limited to:
- Urine drug screening
- Hair follicle testing
- Saliva testing
- Other related services as required by PCA members.
The contractor must ensure compliance with all applicable federal and state regulations regarding drug testing. Specific requirements will be detailed in the full RFP document available at www.pcamerica.org/vendor.

Period of Performance
The contract period will commence upon award notification anticipated in May 2025 and will continue for a duration specified in the final agreement, which may include options for renewal.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at various locations as designated by PCA members across the United States.
