RFP for the Annual Financial Report

Background
Texas Southern University (TSU) is seeking proposals for the preparation of its Annual Financial Report. The goal of this contract is to ensure compliance with all applicable state and federal laws, regulations, and guidelines while providing high-quality financial reporting services.

Work Details

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must comply with all purchasing rules and regulations in Texas. They must have relevant certifications and licenses to perform financial reporting services. Bidders are required to submit their Texas Identification Number System (TINS) number along with their bid. Additionally, bidders must not have any conflicts of interest or past felony convictions related to federal contracts.
