Integral Care is a community-based behavioral health and intellectual/developmental disabilities services provider in Travis County, Texas. It operates approximately 46 business locations and employs around 1022 full-time, part-time, and relief employees.

Work Details
Integral Care is seeking proposals for integrated human resource and payroll/position control software that features specific functionalities detailed in Attachments A, B, C, and D. The Services include a single application HCM system, dedicated HR/payroll specialists, executive dashboard, applicant tracking, background checks, e-verify, new hire reporting, employee self-service, time and attendance management, payroll processing, benefits administration, expense management, surveys, personnel action workflow, COBRA administration, FMLA tracking, ADA tracking, 940 filing, W-3 transmittal, and more.
The system should also provide administrative user/process manual and accommodate multiple positions for employees.

Period of Performance
The contract is anticipated to commence on approximately July 1, 2024.

Travis County area in Texas.
