Background

- Quantity: 11 packages.
- Package must include mounting brackets, lithium battery charger for the specified model, and a state of charge (SoC) meter.
- Excludes Bluetooth Enabled Battery Management System (BMS) Software.
- Shipping and handling costs must be included in the proposal price with freight terms as FOB Destination.
Delivery will be made to the university's warehouse at 2733 Midwestern Pkwy, Wichita Falls, TX 76308 during specified business hours.

Period of Performance
The initial contract term will begin upon award and delivery of the products.
The anticipated term for any resulting agreement will start on September 1, 2024, and run through August 31, 2025, with options for two additional one-year renewal periods.
