Background
The University of Houston (UH) is seeking proposals to provide a comprehensive parking system for the UH System. The goal of this contract is to establish a centralized repository for all parking transactions, which includes permit issuance, enforcement, reporting, and other essential parking enterprise functions.

Work Details
The vendor will be responsible for the operation of both software and hardware components necessary for the comprehensive parking system. This includes managing all aspects related to parking transactions such as issuing permits, enforcing regulations, and generating reports.

Period of Performance
The contract performance period begins on the open date of 10/25/2024 and concludes with the submission deadline on 11/15/2024.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at locations within the University of Houston System.
