RFP 3202600043 Employer Child Care Solutions

The Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) is seeking the provision of Technical Assistance (TA) Services to employers who are interested in exploring ways to meet the child care needs of their employees, with a particular emphasis on Employer-Supported Site-Based Child Care. The work of this contract involves supporting employers by providing guidance and expertise on child care solutions tailored to their workforce needs. This solicitation is being issued by the Texas Workforce Commission (TWC), with PHS administering the procurement process. PHS will be responsible for publishing the solicitation, handling all communications from vendors, and managing the receipt and evaluation of proposals. The background for this contract is that TWC previously released a similar Request for Proposals (RFP 3202400058) for the same purpose. Entities that were awarded a contract under RFP 3202400058 are not eligible to receive another contract under this new RFP 3202600043.
