RFP 26-029 Utility Billing Kiosk

Work Requested:
The City of League City is seeking sealed proposals for the provision and installation of Utility Billing Kiosks. The selected vendor will be responsible for supplying kiosks that facilitate utility billing services for the city.

Background:
The City is undertaking this Request for Proposal (RFP #26-029) to enhance its utility billing services through the deployment of kiosks. This initiative aims to improve accessibility and efficiency for residents managing their utility accounts.

Contract Requirements:
- Proposals must address the supply and installation of Utility Billing Kiosks.
- All proposals must be submitted in a sealed format.
- The official time for receipt of proposals will be determined by the clock at the City Hall front desk.
- Proposals received after the deadline will not be opened and will be considered void and unacceptable.

Instructions on Submission:
- Sealed proposals must be received by 11:00 a.m. CST on Tuesday, May 19th, 2026.
- Proposals should be delivered to the designated location as specified in the RFP packet.
- Immediately following the deadline, proposals will be publicly opened at Johnnie Arolfo Civic Center, 400 West Walker Street, League City, TX 77573, in a manner that does not reveal their contents.
- The contents of all proposals will remain confidential until after a contract is awarded by City Council.
- All inquiries regarding this RFP must be submitted in writing to the Purchasing Department via email at purchasing@leaguecitytx.gov.
- The deadline for submitting questions is May 5th at 5:30 p.m.
- The deadline for addenda is May 12th at 5:30 p.m.
