Background
Tarrant County College District (TCCD) is a public institution of higher education located in the Fort Worth metropolitan area. The College provides academic, occupational, general, and continuing education opportunities, aiming to deliver high-quality educational experiences that drive lasting impact.
TCCD is seeking proposals for a cloud-based, scalable, and integrated Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform to support its Corporate Solutions & Economic Development (CSED), Lifestyle & Community Learning (LCL), and Continuing Education (CE) departments. The goal is to enhance contact management, communications, course offerings, enrollment processes, marketing automation, and data analytics while integrating with existing enterprise systems.
Work Details
The selected CRM solution must provide the following functionalities:
1. Stakeholder Engagement & Communication: Support for contact management for learners, employers, and community partners; tracking communication history across channels; centralized communications for targeted outreach.
2. Lead, Sales, and Enrollment Management: Tools for lead tracking, scoring, funnel management; linking enrollments to course/program data; managing re-engagement efforts.
3. Course & Event Management: Management of non-credit course offerings including registrations and certifications; event scheduling and feedback surveys.
4. Financial Tools: Capabilities for invoicing and payment processing with integration to third-party gateways.
5. Marketing Automation: Tools for campaign creation and response tracking connected to CRM data.
6. Reporting & Analytics: Standard/custom reports; real-time dashboards; predictive tools for enrollment likelihood and dropout risk.
7. Workflow Automation & AI: Automated workflows; AI recommendations; chatbot capabilities spanning multiple modules.
Period of Performance
The contract will be for an initial period of three years with options to extend for two additional one-year terms upon mutual agreement.
Place of Performance
The services will be performed at Tarrant County College District locations in Fort Worth, Texas.
Bidder Requirements
Vendors must comply with TCCD's insurance requirements including commercial general liability of $1 million per occurrence and automobile liability of $500,000 combined single limit. Vendors must also demonstrate compliance with ADA requirements and provide proof of HUB certification if applicable.
