Background
Texas Tech University (TTU) is seeking qualified Proposers to provide Research and Development (R&D) Goods and Services. The goal of this RFP is to procure a broad spectrum of goods and services that will assist TTU in achieving its objectives.
Work Details
Proposers are required to provide a variety of R&D goods and services, which may include but are not limited to: controlling, indicating, measuring, monitoring, and recording instruments; laboratory equipment, accessories, and supplies; analytical and research equipment for nuclear, optical, and physical testing; as well as production and manufacturing services.
Proposals must include a product list or summary detailing the specific goods and services offered.
Period of Performance
The contract period will commence upon award and is expected to be completed by April 30, 2026.
Place of Performance
The performance of the contract will take place at Texas Tech University or designated locations as specified in the proposal.
Bidder Requirements
Proposers must complete and submit the Proposal Response Form, a signed Affirmation and Conflict of Interest Disclosure, a detailed product list or summary, and a discount offer or other benefit sheet.
Additionally, if subcontracting is intended, a completed HUB Subcontracting Plan (HSP) must be included with the proposal submission.
