- Providing recommendations on navigation, content organization, workflows, engagement strategies, accessibility, and analytics.
- Creating high-fidelity mockups for at least 10 key page templates and wireframes.
- Delivering a comprehensive audit report detailing findings on content clarity, consistency, accuracy, tone, redundancy, technical performance, and governance models for ongoing content management.
Period of Performance
The contract term is one year from the date of award or effective date. Dallas College reserves the right to extend the contract for up to four additional one-year renewal options for a total duration not exceeding five years.

The services will be performed at Dallas College facilities located in Dallas County, Texas.
Bidder Requirements
Proposers must demonstrate compliance with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 Level AA conformance.
