RFP 2025-1136 Temporary Staffing

Background
Texas Tech University (TTU) is seeking proposals from experienced and qualified contractors to provide Temporary Staffing Services. The goal of this contract is to enhance TTU's operational capabilities by securing temporary staffing solutions that meet the university's diverse needs.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing temporary staffing services as required by TTU. This includes but is not limited to:
- Supplying qualified personnel for various departments within TTU on a temporary basis.
- Ensuring that all staff provided meet the necessary qualifications and training requirements as specified by TTU.
- Managing the onboarding process for temporary staff, including background checks and compliance with university policies.
- Providing a HUB Subcontracting Plan that identifies subcontracting opportunities aligned with TTU's organizational needs.
- Submitting a Proposer Response Form, Signed Affirmation, and Conflict of Interest Disclosure as part of the proposal submission.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon award and will continue for a period determined by TTU, subject to renewal options based on performance and need.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at various locations within Texas Tech University campuses.
