RFP 2025-1131 Various Trades and Services

Background
Texas Tech University (TTU) is seeking Proposer(s) to provide labor, materials, licenses, and/or certifications necessary to meet the growing operational needs of the university.

The goal of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to establish relationships with industry leaders who can offer expertise and competitive pricing for various trades and services required on the main campus and satellite locations.

Work Details
The contract encompasses a wide range of services including but not limited to: masonry and waterproofing, welding, electrical work, interior and exterior lighting, painting, various types of fencing (piping, wood, metal), plumbing, HVAC services, grounds maintenance, dirt work/excavation, demolition, roadwork/paving/parking lot maintenance, facility maintenance and renovation, acoustical and drywall work, building construction, storefront/glass work/windows installation, building envelope repairs and maintenance, grease trap and vent hood cleaning, pest control, janitorial services, flooring installation, special trades services, and boiler/chiller maintenance.

Proposers must provide detailed pricing schedules or quotes that include labor and material costs for each requested project. Services will typically be performed during normal business hours unless otherwise arranged.

Period of Performance
The contract is anticipated to begin upon execution of the agreement and will last for a maximum term of four years.

It may automatically renew for up to four additional one-year terms unless either party provides written notice of intent not to renew at least 60 days prior to the end of the current term.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at Texas Tech University's main campus as well as any satellite or off-site locations as determined by TTU.
