RFP 2025-1127 Linen and Laundry Services

Background
Texas Tech University (TTU) is seeking qualified and experienced Proposer(s) to submit Responses to a Request for Proposal (RFP) to provide Linen and Garment Laundry Services.

The goal of this contract is to ensure that TTU has reliable and efficient laundry services for its linens and garments, supporting the university's operational needs.

Work Details
The selected Proposer(s) will be responsible for providing comprehensive Linen and Garment Laundry Services. This includes but is not limited to: washing, drying, folding, and delivering linens and garments as per TTU's requirements.

Proposers must submit a complete proposal that includes the following components:
- Proposer Response Form
- Attachment A (Market Basket Pricing)
- Attachment B (Discount Pricing)
- Certificate of Insurance
- Letter of HUB Commitment
- Signed Affirmation and Conflict of Interest Disclosure.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon award and will continue for a specified duration as outlined in the final agreement.

The solicitation was released on January 13, 2025, with proposals due by February 10, 2025.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at Texas Tech University locations as specified in the RFP documentation.
