1) SCOPE: Pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 2165.001, Custodianship of State Property, and Section 2156.121, Use of Competitive Sealed Proposals, the Texas Facilities Commission is requesting responses to this Request for Proposal for the provision of 3D scanning services in various facilities managed by the Texas Facilities Commission located throughout Texas with most services taking place in Austin, Texas. TFC desires to obtain three-dimensional models of all building components, elements, systems, finishes, equipment, and furnishings for all buildings in TFC's building inventory. These models shall be used: for the operation and maintenance of the buildings throughout their entire life cycle; to facilitate efficient facility management, maintenance and operations; the provide a reliable reference for future renovations and operations; and to enhance communication and collaboration among stakeholders. TFC anticipates award to multiple vendors from this solicitation.
a) Awarded Contractor(s) would be responsible for providing all labor, materials, equipment, tools, and supervision to:
i) Develop comprehensive and accurate 3D models of TFC facilities
ii) Ensure the models are compatible with TFC's existing systems and software, including Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and Autodesk Tandem
iii) Ensure the models adhere to TFC's Building Information Modeling (BIM) Standards set forth in Attachment H TFC 2018 A/E Guidelines, Edit Date: 3/19/18.

2) CONTRACT TERM: This service shall be for a period beginning on the date the contract, as defined below, is executed by both parties, and shall expire on August 31, 2025. The contract may be renewed for two (2) additional two (2) year periods, provided the renewal is executed prior to expiration of the current contract term. Any renewals shall be in writing and at the same terms and conditions, plus any approved changes.
3) SCHEDULE OF EVENTS: TFC reserves the right to change the dates in the Schedule of Events set forth below upon written notification to prospective Respondents through a posting of an addendum on the ESBD.
