Background
The University of North Texas (UNT) is seeking proposals for a renovation project at Kerr Hall Dining. The goal of this contract is to engage a vendor specializing in General Construction to transform the existing dining facility into a new vegan dining experience, known as Mean Greens. This initiative aims at enhancing the campus dining options.

Work Details
The project involves the interior renovation of approximately 9,500 square feet of the Kerr Hall Dining space. Key components of the renovation include:

- Converting the existing dining facility into a vegan dining facility.
- Creating a dining room that can accommodate approximately 300-350 people.
- Renovating the kitchen and serving area, which will include the installation of a new fume hood.
- Constructing new public restrooms.

Period of Performance
The Notice to Proceed for construction is anticipated to be in June 2025.
