RFB: Striping/Pavement Markings/ and Crack Seal Services on City Streets

The City of Mission is seeking bids for the provision of Striping, Pavement Markings, and Crack Seal Services on City Streets, as detailed in the attached specifications. The work required under this contract involves performing striping, pavement marking, and crack sealing on city streets in accordance with all specified requirements. No variations from the specifications will be permitted, and the successful bidder must deliver services exactly as outlined. This solicitation is issued by the City of Mission. The contract arises from the City's need to maintain and improve the condition and safety of its streets through professional striping, pavement marking, and crack sealing services. To submit a bid, responses must be addressed to Mr. Edgar Chapa, Contracts Administrator, and received by the City of Mission Procurement Department at 1201 East 8th Street, Mission, Texas 78572, no later than Wednesday, November 5, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. Central Standard Time (CST). All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked with: RFB: 26-037-11-05 Striping/Pavement Markings/ and Crack Seal Services on City Streets. No facsimile submissions or late arrivals will be accepted; any bids received after the deadline will not be opened and will be returned. Overnight mail must also be properly labeled on the outside of the express envelope or package with reference to the RFB. A Pre-Bid Conference will be held in person at City Hall, Community Room, 1201 E. 8th Street, Mission, TX 78572, and virtually via Zoom (Meeting ID: 220 547 6707, Password: 9iYEY2) on Wednesday, October 29th, 2025, at 10:00 AM CST.
