RFB: Sealcoat Pavement Services

Sealcoat Pavement Services are being requested, with the work to be performed in accordance with the attached specifications. The successful bidder will be required to provide Sealcoat Pavement Services as specified, with no variations from the stated requirements permitted. All services must comply fully with the outlined contract requirements. The City of Mission is the entity requesting these services. The contract is being solicited through a formal Request for Bids (RFB: 26-036-11-05), and bids are being accepted for Sealcoat Pavement Services for the City of Mission. To meet the contract requirements, all bidders must ensure that their bid complies with every aspect of the provided specifications. Any deviation from these specifications will not be accepted. Bids must be delivered to the City of Mission Procurement Department, 1201 East 8th Street, Mission, Texas 78572, in a sealed envelope clearly marked as follows: RFB: 26-036-11-05 Sealcoat Pavement Services. No facsimile submissions or late arrivals will be accepted; any RFB received after the deadline will not be opened and will be returned. Overnight mail must also be properly labeled on the outside of the express envelope or package in reference to the RFB. A Pre-Bid Conference will be held in person at City Hall, Community Room, 1201 E. 8th St., Mission, TX 78572, and via Zoom (Meeting ID: 220 547 6707, Password: 9iYEY2) on Wednesday, October 29th, 2025, at 10:00 AM CST. To view the solicitation, access plans and specifications, and submit a bid response, bidders must first register in the City's bidding portal at https://cityofmission.procureware.com. Solicitation documents will not be mailed, e-mailed, or provided in person. Once registered, bidders will be added to the solicitation distribution list.
