2. Coding and Health Information Management: Hospital and physician coding, documentation improvement, and related processes.
3. Clinical Documentation Improvement: Enhancing documentation quality and revenue integrity.
4. Patient Financial Services: Customer service, billing operations, payment plans, and self-pay strategies.
5. Revenue Integrity: Charge master governance, coding compliance, reimbursement monitoring, and audit readiness.
The selected vendor must propose innovative solutions that align with Epic workflows as JPS currently utilizes Epic for its revenue cycle functions.
Period of Performance
The maximum term of the contract is seven years with options for renewal subject to written notice provided at least thirty days prior to expiration.
Place of Performance
Services will be performed at various locations within Tarrant County as part of the JPS Health Network.
Bidder Requirements
Respondents are encouraged to utilize historically underutilized businesses (HUBs) with a target goal of 25% participation in the contract scope.
