The work being requested involves the relocation of portable buildings, specifically Portable Buildings #25-26-001. Proposals are sought for the complete execution of this project, including all necessary services and materials for the successful relocation as specified in the solicitation documents. The Pharr San Juan Alamo Independent School District (PSJA ISD) is the entity requesting these proposals. Instructions for submission require that proposals be submitted electronically through the PSJA ISD Purchasing Department's electronic bid system. The proposal is available online at the Pharr-San Juan-Alamo ISD website (www.psjaisd.us). To access the proposal, click on the Vendor Portal button located within the site shortcuts area at the top right-hand corner of the District's home page. This will redirect you to the PSJA Electronic Bidding Portal, where all available bids and proposals published by the PSJA Purchasing Department can be viewed. Proposals must be electronically submitted by Monday, September 29, 2025, at 2:00 p.m., at which time proposals will be unsealed electronically. No faxed proposals will be accepted. Late or incomplete proposals will be considered non-responsive or non-conforming and will be disqualified. Proposals may be withdrawn prior to the opening date and time, but only in accordance with applicable requirements. In the case of emailed proposals or any correspondence concerning the proposal, the district will not be responsible for missent, lost, or late emails. Any proposal not submitted by the deadline will be considered not timely filed and will be disqualified.
