The City of Gainesville, Texas is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) for a single combined contract to provide fuel supply services and a refueler vehicle lease program for the Gainesville Municipal Airport. Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for:
1. Fuel Supply and Delivery:

- Provide ordering capability at least 8 hours per day, 7 days per week.
- Deliver requested fuel within 24 hours after order placement.

3. Service, Support, and Quality Control:
- Provide dedicated account management, quality control programs, training for City staff, and laboratory support for quality testing.
4. Branding, Marketing, and Transition Support:
- Describe proposed brand identity and transition plans including costs associated with branding changes.
5. Implementation Plan:
- Provide a detailed plan showing how the proposer will transition fuel supply without interrupting airport services.

The contract term options are five (5), seven (7), or ten (10) years.
