Request For Proposals For The Lease Of 5, 107 Sf Of Space That Consists Of 4, 107 Sf Of Usable Office Space And 1, 000 Sf Of Warehouse Space In Raymondville, Linn, Or Edinburg, Texas For The Texas Animal Health Commission (TAHC)

Background
The Texas Facilities Commission (TFC) is seeking proposals for the lease of 5,107 square feet of space to meet the requirements of the Texas Animal Health Commission (TAHC). This solicitation is in accordance with Texas Government Code, Section 2167.054, and aims to provide suitable office and warehouse space within specified locations in Willacy or Hidalgo County, Texas.

Work Details
The lease space must consist of 4,107 square feet of usable office space and 1,000 square feet of warehouse space. The proposed location must be within the following zip codes: 78539, 78541, 78542, 78549, 78563, 78580, and 78590.

The lease term will be for either five (5) or ten (10) years starting from May 1, 2026 or sooner. Proposals must comply with all specifications outlined in the RFP and include a signed original of the property condition statement.

Period of Performance
The lease term will begin on May 1, 2026 or sooner and will last for either five (5) or ten (10) years.

Place of Performance
The lease space must be located in Raymondville, Linn, or Edinburg in Willacy or Hidalgo County, Texas.

Bidder Requirements
Respondents must submit one original and four copies of their proposal including company information, experience and financial condition details, references, a signed property condition statement, and completed cost sheets for both five-year and ten-year leases.

Proposals must also include proof of ownership or control of the property offered.
