Request For Proposals For The Lease Of 5, 166 Sf Of Office Space In Cibolo, New Braunfels, Schertz Or San Antonio, Texas For The Office Of The Attorney General Child Support Division (OAG-CSD)

Background
The Texas Facilities Commission (TFC) is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) for the lease of 5,166 square feet of usable office space to accommodate the Office of the Attorney General – Child Support Division (OAG-CSD).
This solicitation is in accordance with Texas Government Code, Section 2167.054, and aims to fulfill the office space requirements within specific cities in Texas.

Work Details
The proposal must include offers for 5,166 square feet of office space located in Cibolo, New Braunfels, Schertz, or San Antonio within Guadalupe, Comal, or Bexar County.
The lease property must meet specifications outlined in the RFP and attachments.
The initial lease term will be for either five (5) or ten (10) years starting June 1, 2025.
Respondents must complete both sections on Attachment C - Proposal Submittal and Execution of Proposal Form.
The proposed lease space must comply with Texas Accessibility Standards and be located within designated zip codes: 78108, 78130, 78132, 78154 or 78233.

Period of Performance
The lease term will begin on June 1, 2025, and will last for either five (5) or ten (10) years depending on the proposal submitted.

Place of Performance
The office space must be located in one of the following cities: Cibolo, New Braunfels, Schertz, or San Antonio within Guadalupe, Comal, or Bexar County, Texas.
