Request for Proposals for Qualified Vendors – Goods and Services (Term Through May 31, 2027, with Possible Extension)

Scope of Work Requested
La Joya Independent School District is seeking proposals from interested and qualified vendors to provide a range of goods and services. The work under this contract will be performed in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications outlined in this solicitation. The contract term will extend through May 31, 2027, with the possibility of extension following Superintendent's approval.

Background
The District utilizes an online bidding system for posting and receiving electronic bids. This process ensures that all proposals are submitted and evaluated in a consistent and secure manner.

Contract Requirements

• Vendors must submit proposals electronically via the La Joya I.S.D. e-Bidding website.
• Proposals must comply with all terms, conditions, and specifications provided in the solicitation documents.
• All vendors are required to register on the district's e-Bidding website. There is no vendor fee for registration or submission.
• The District will select the proposal(s) that offer the best value, as determined by the awarding criteria specified in the solicitation.
